A clinical research study is a research study conducted in human volunteers to answer specific health questions. The LINKER studies are clinical research studies for people with relapsed or refractory MM and newly diagnosed MM respectively. The LINKER studies seek to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of an investigational drug in treating MM.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you join the study, there are certain things you will be expected to do. This includes attending study visits and undergoing certain assessments and procedures, including bone marrow biopsies and imaging scans. The length of your participation will depend on your response to the study drugs. You will be asked to complete study visits once a week to once a month.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You may benefit from additional check-ups on top of your regular care, and you may have access to MM specialists. There is no guarantee that you will receive a medical benefit from participating in this study. Your condition may get better, stay the same or may even get worse.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

As with all drugs, there are possible risks when taking them. You will be provided with an Informed Consent Form that will explain the risks that have been seen in other clinical studies researching the investigational study drug. It is also possible that the study drug may affect you in unknown ways. If you should experience any changes in your health, however unrelated you think they may be, you should tell your study doctor and study team.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
